Pink Hygiene has made their latest donation to Breakthrough Breast Cancer to help support the charity and the essential research that they undertake.
The hygiene and washroom company, based in Southend-on-Sea, continues to stand by its promise that for every contract signed a percentage of that contract value will be donated to charity, with a total of £2,384.00 being donated so far.
Pink Hygiene’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Keri Reynolds, said “we are fully committed to supporting this cause and the fact that we have been able to donate such a considerable amount of money so far has been remarkable. In addition to our regular donations as part of our ‘Pinky Promise’, we also have lots of additional fundraising plans for 2015 which will allow us to see this figure grow substantially. We are really excited to see what we can achieve in the New Year.”
The need for Breakthrough Breast Cancer’s work has never been greater; breast cancer is still the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, affecting almost 50,000 women each year and killing 1,000 every month.
